Infants
The infant program was established in 1996, and provides for the
smallest group setting. Focus is on developmental milestones,
early reading, language acquisition, and individual needs and
schedules.
Toddlers
The toddler program was established in 1992 and provides for
small groups of one- and two-year-olds. Children learn to share,
express their needs using language, explore their environments,
adapt to a daily schedule, and interact with others. All meals
and snacks are included.
Preschoolers
Our preschool program was established in 1971 and is a mixed
age group setting of three, four, and five year olds. Morning
nursery school is included in this year-round program.
Transportation is provided for those in kindergarten. During the
summer, children attend swimming lessons daily. All meals and
snacks are included.
Nursery School
A morning nursery school program is available from September
to June for three, four and five year olds. Included in the
curriculum are pre-reading, language arts, math, science, social
studies, health, safety, nutrition, creative arts and music. All
meals and snacks are included.
Before & After School "Seven Upper Club"
The I-LDCC Seven-Uppers are based at our second site at
Inter-Lakes Elementary School beginning at 6:30am and ending
at 5:30pm. Seven-Upper activities include Homework Club,
playground time, arts and crafts, field trips, group sports and
more. A full day program is available on snow days, teacher
workshop days, April and February vacations and other no-school
days. All meals and snacks are included.
School Age Summer Enrichment Camp
Seven-Upper enrichment camp runs weekly through the
summer. Swimming lessons are held daily for six weeks, and
tennis lessons are held two days per week. Curriculum is based
on Nature Studies and the Environment. All campers participate
in the Meredith Public Library summer reading program.
Campers also attend weekly summer theatre productions. All
meals and snacks are included.
