Dear I-LDCC Families,
In accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order and Stay at Home Order, it has been determined that child care programs are essential. However, under Emergency Order #17 Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04 only programs providing care to the children of essential employees should be providing services.
An Emergency Child Care Program (ECCP) has been established and Inter-Lakes Day Care Center is completing an application to be able to provide child care to the children of essential employees. We will only be providing care for children of current essential employee families and will not be enrolling new children at this time.
If you are an essential employee, please text me on Remind or email [email protected] to confirm your plans for this week and the foreseeable future. This will allow us to plan appropriately on our end. If you have questions please reach out.

Child Care Hours:
- For the time being I-LDCC will be closing daily at 4:30 PM.
Tuition Payments & Child Care Scholarship:
- Weekly tuition payments will continue to be due on Fridays. This secures your spot in our center. If your family chooses to not pay tuition your spot will not be held, and you will need to try to re-enroll and registration fees will be charged. I-LDCC will always respect the decisions and support our families when possible.
- We understand that it is a stressful time for everyone, however, we ask that you please remember that we are also trying to take care of our employees. Our staff members are not salaried and are hourly employees.
- For those families utilizing the child care scholarship who typically have a minimum number of hours the child must be in attendance: Those hourly minimums are currently waived and you will not be charged a differential for time the child is not in attendance. You are still responsible for your regular weekly cost share.
- Payment can be mailed to ILDCC, PO Box 1730, Meredith, NH 03253 or online via PayPal at PayPal.me/ildcc
Health & Safety:
- In addition to temperature checks we will be implementing a health screening at drop-off and asking about any other symptoms to include runny nose, sore throat, and cough. Please share with us if you or anyone in your family has had close contact with someone who is confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 in the prior 14 days.
- Be honest with us. If you have traveled recently to an area with confirmed cases, become exposed, or have the virus itself we trust that you will let a member of the administration team know immediately. We ask for your complete honesty as we have children and staff living with high-risk individuals and must maintain the safest environment possible.
- If anyone in your household has traveled, domestically or internationally, including to areas like Boston with a higher risk of outbreak, we ask that you and your child follow the CDC recommendation of a 14-day quarantine.
- For the time being we will not be allowing toys from home in the center.
Thank you for doing your part to slow the spread of COVID-19.
